Terms of Use

These terms apply when you contact OwnersBest, the operating name of Property F Ltd (“we”, “us”), through our Facebook Page and Messenger (the “Messenger service”). By messaging us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Messenger service.

1. What this service is

The Messenger service lets you ask OwnersBest about property for sale in Malta and have your enquiry handled by our team. To help us respond quickly, some replies may be sent by an automated assistant, with an OwnersBest consultant responsible for your enquiry.

2. Information, not a binding offer

Anything we tell you through Messenger — including property details, availability and prices — is for general information only and may change. It is not a contract, a valuation, or a binding offer. Property transactions are only concluded through the proper written agreements and the usual legal process.

3. Using the service responsibly

When using the Messenger service, you agree not to:

• send unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are;
• send spam, or attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse the service; or
• send other people's personal information without their permission.

4. Your conversation and your data

How we handle the information you share with us is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your information at any time via our Data Deletion page.

5. Facebook and Messenger

The Messenger service runs on platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Facebook and Messenger is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. OwnersBest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta, and is not responsible for the Messenger platform itself.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Messenger service available and helpful, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and response times may vary. We may change, suspend or withdraw the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OwnersBest is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided through the Messenger service, or from any unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above.
