This Privacy Policy explains how OwnersBest (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you contact us through our Facebook Page and Facebook Messenger (the “Messenger service”). It applies specifically to conversations you have with us on Messenger; our website and other services may have their own notices.

1. Who we are

OwnersBest is the operating name of Property F Ltd, a property company based in Malta. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Maltese Data Protection Act, Property F Ltd (trading as OwnersBest) is the data controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you send a voice note or image, we may convert it to text (a transcription or description) so our team can read and act on it. The transcription is treated the same as any other message content.

To reply quickly, your messages may first be handled by an automated assistant. The assistant can answer common questions and note your requirements, and a human consultant remains responsible for your enquiry. To do this, the text of your messages may be processed by a trusted artificial-intelligence service provider on our behalf, solely to understand your message and help draft a useful response. This processing is limited to your conversation and is not used to build advertising profiles of you.

Some of our service providers (for example Meta and our AI provider) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. We keep your conversation and enquiry details for as long as we need them to help you and to keep proper business records. When an enquiry is closed and no longer needed, the message content associated with it is deleted from our active systems. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see below.

Our Messenger service is intended for adults interested in property. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has contacted us, please let us know so we can remove the information.
